Great job at the meet last night. I appreciate your ability to pivot on the fly and make the best of a change to virtual. The results of virtual meets require a little more administrative attention to merge and correctly print place ribbons so you can expect those by Thursday or Friday.
For this coming week, we plan to be in person, at Spotswood and hosting Massanutten. Details to come for this meet on Monday.
CHAMPS DEADLINES ARE ARRIVING QUICKLY.
-Heat Sheet Ads are due to me by Wednesday July 21 at 10AM (other teams are due in to me by Monday, but since I am handling this project for VSL, I can extend this deadline to our team). This will allow us to utilize pictures taken earlier in the week if desired.
-TEAM PICTURES ARE ON MONDAY EVENING AND TUESDAY MORNING. Please attend practice in your suit, (and with all your family members in attedance if you enjoy the annual family diving board shot)!
Champs will look a little different this year:
- there will be no sale of goggles, suits, and swim gear at the event.

Lastly, MARK YOUR CALENDARS FOR:
-Thursday July 22: the social committee will be hosting a "Flick n Float" presentation of the movie Luca, and will serve Italian themed foods like pasta and gelato.
-End of Season Celebration: Friday July 30 from 5-8PM. We will combine our parent/kid mock meet with our end of season banquet and host the party at the pool instead.
